"Improving today, is sharpening what I learned yesterday, to benefit me tomorrow." ~Bilal Salaam

His approach—anchored in focus, effort, energy, and time (FEET)—reminds us all: “Be where your FEET are!” Because when you show up with purpose, anything is possible.
Mission
To inspire a generation of students, parents, and professionals to seize every opportunity, regardless of their circumstances. It is the responsibility of every individual to ensure that their talents and gifts, bestowed upon them by the creator, benefit themselves, their families, their communities, and society as a whole.
FOCUS
The foundation of progress, performance, and personal growth. Without it, even the best plans fall apart. Where your focus goes, your energy flows. When you concentrate on one thing, you give it your full power and effort.
EFFORT
The one thing you control—every single day—regardless of your talent, background, or circumstances. Talent is only the starting point. Effort is what turns ability into achievement.
ENERGY
It drives everything you do. Without energy, your talent, time, and opportunities can easily go to waste. Whether you’re on the field, in class, or navigating life, high energy translates to high output. You can’t perform at your best if your energy levels are low.
TIME
The most valuable resource you have—and once it’s gone, you can’t get it back. How you use your time determines the quality of your life, success, and legacy. What you make time for reveals what matters to you. Wasting time often means wasting purpose.
“Winning is a consequence of refined virtues”
